Foil Dinner

These could probably be baked in the oven, but it's more fun over charcoal. To avoid leakage, use heavy foil or two layers, and fold the edges carefully.

Pork Loin

pork loins
meyer lemons
sage
rosemary
olive oil
cayenne
salt & pepper

Rub tenderloin in oil, then season with salt, pepper, and cayenne. Slice lemons, and wrap pork, surrounded with lemon slices and herbs, in foil. Grill until done.

Vegetables

asparagus
carrots, peeled and quartered lengthwise
butter
salt & pepper

Wrap in foil and grill.
